Since my track record of over two decades in leading large projects and units of international business, I understood that smes are the true economic engine and that require strategic solutions adapted to their reality. Thus was born ActionProject Consulting Company: a consultancy created to bring the small ace and medium-sized enterprises management tools, direction, and leadership that traditionally only available to large corporations.
As the CEO and founder of ActionProject Consulting Business SL, my commitment is clear: to provide an accompaniment expert steering, solid and committed, able to transform challenges into opportunities and accompany each customer in their sustainable growth. We work from the actual experience, the closeness and the operational excellence, placing in the center of each project, the vision and goals of our clients.

About our CEO:
Manuel José García Sanchez is CEO and Founder of ActionProject Consulting Company, S. L., a firm specializing in strategic solutions for the small to medium enterprise. With an experience of more than 20 years leading business units and projects in international corporations first-level Elecnor SA, your profile combines an os lida academic training and professional certification of reference, including an MBA from ESADE, certification PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification and SCRUM Manager®.
Throughout his career, he has led operations and EPC projects in sectors such as energy facilities, construction technology, infrastructure, international and digital transformation business, managing multi-disciplinary teams of over 100 people, and leading contracts of large-scale, both at national and international level.
Since 2018, his focus is centered on the accompaniment directors of small and medium-sized enterprisesproviding a vision executive and operational that facilitates strategic decision-making, the design of training programs of business and strengthen management teams. His leadership in ActionProject Consulting Company it is distinguished by a strong results orientation, a commitment to excellence and the application of methodologies contrasting.
