Es decir, a\u00f1adir valor cuando, adem\u00e1s de lograr los objetivos laborales, se aportan beneficios a colaboradores, proveedores, trabajadores, al entorno y al medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Objetivos empresariales y sociales<\/strong>. Perseguir unos objetivos empresariales no significa dejar de lado el valor social. Lo importante es saber trabajar en conjunto para encontrar una estrategia que ponga de <strong>manifiesto el bienestar com\u00fan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Tener un c\u00f3digo \u00e9tico y comunicarlo<\/strong>.
