Revisar la estrategia cada a\u00f1o no es se\u00f1al de debilidad: es el h\u00e1bito que separa a las empresas que crecen de las que simplemente aguantan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2><b>Qu\u00e9 es una revisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y cu\u00e1ndo aplicarla<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una <\/span><b>revisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica anual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contrasta el plan vigente con la realidad actual: resultados obtenidos, cambios en el mercado y recursos disponibles. Audita los resultados reales<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compara los KPIs pactados con los obtenidos. Analiza el entorno con datos actualizados<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El contexto en que dise\u00f1aste tu estrategia ya no existe exactamente igual. Revisa el comportamiento de tu cliente, los movimientos de competidores y las tendencias del sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Valida o reformula tus objetivos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfLos <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.actionproject.es\/en_gb\/blog\/objetivos-empresariales-y-su-importancia\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">objetivos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del plan siguen siendo alcanzables y relevantes?
